On Thursday (May 23), Travis Scott and Tyga reportedly engaged in a heated altercation in Cannes. Hollywood Unlocked shared footage that seemingly captures the two rappers in a brawl during what appears to be a concert.
In the dimly-lit video, a man resembling Travis Scott is seen throwing punches at another individual as drinks are tossed and attendees scramble to avoid the chaos. The man also appears to hurl an object at his opponent before security personnel step in. The DJ then pauses the music, repeatedly shouting, “Stop!”
Although there is no concrete evidence that Scott and Tyga are the individuals in the video, the clip, reportedly sourced from an onlooker’s Instagram Stories, identifies them in the caption. Neither rapper has addressed the footage publicly.
Social media is buzzing with speculation that the scuffle might be linked to their past relationship with Kylie Jenner. Tyga dated Jenner from 2015 to 2017, starting when she was under 18. Shortly after their breakup, Jenner began a nearly five-year relationship with Scott, which included cheating allegations and several breaks. The former couple shares two children: a daughter, Stormi, six, and a son, Aire, two.
Despite their shared history with Jenner, this incident marks the first public clash between Tyga and Travis Scott.
