Xtralites! The drama surrounding Chris Brown’s “11:11” tour just hit a new high. The singer is now facing a $50 million lawsuit, along with Yella Beezy, his entourage member Sinko Ceej, and Live Nation, for allegedly orchestrating a vicious assault on four men.
According to court documents obtained by TMZ Hip Hop, the incident occurred at Dickies Arena in Fort Worth, TX on July 20. After the show, plaintiffs Larry Parker, Joseph Lewis, Charles Bush, and Da Marcus Powell were invited backstage, alongside 40 women, for a post-concert hangout.
The plaintiffs claim they waited 30 minutes for Chris to show up in the VIP area. Growing tired, they decided to leave but wanted to say goodbye to the guest of honor. Bush alleges that he congratulated Chris on a good show, to which Chris responded positively. However, things quickly escalated when a member of Chris’s entourage allegedly shouted, “Man you don’t remember you two were beefing?” Chris reportedly replied, “Oh yeah, we were. What’s up, n****? I don’t forget sh*t” and ordered his crew to attack Bush.
Bush claims he was surrounded by 7-10 of Chris’s associates who punched and kicked him, with one even throwing a chair at his head. The lawsuit also states that Chris sent Yella Beezy and others to chase down Parker, who was cornered in a dead-end staircase and brutally beaten for over 10 minutes.
The plaintiffs, who suffered severe injuries and required medical treatment, are represented by attorney Tony Buzbee. Buzbee vows to bring Chris Brown to justice, revealing that at least one of the victims remains hospitalized.
In addition to the $50 million in damages, restraining orders have been filed against Chris, Yella Beezy, and Sinko Ceej.
