
Xtra Access TV Covers NYC Event Supporting LGBTQ+ Community and the Ali Forney Center
Xtra Access TV was on the red carpet at the Bella Magazine Pride Issue Launch Brunch in NYC at Burgerology. It was an incredible event celebrating the LGBTQ+ community during Pride Month and a great way to kick off Pride Week in New York City. Proceeds from the Pride Issue will go to the Ali Forney Center, which is a safe haven for unhoused LGBTQ+ youth.

Vanessa Coppes, a powerhouse Latina and a true ally to the LGBTQ+ community, dedicated this Pride issue to her staff, particularly Jonathan Calixto and Roman, who led this incredible event. We discussed the importance of inclusivity and following one’s dreams. As a mother, Vanessa shared heartfelt advice for parents struggling with their child’s identity, emphasizing love and acceptance.
Jason A. Rodriguez, Actor
Known for his work on POSE, Jason A. Rodriguez is a well-respected member of the LGBTQ+ community. He has soared to new heights in television, dance, and his home of Ballroom. Jason shared his joy in bringing Ballroom and vogue culture to his homeland of the Dominican Republic, expressing his surprise and happiness at seeing a growing queer community there.
Meredith Marks, Real Housewives of Salt Lake City
Television personality Meredith Marks is also a renowned LGBTQ+ advocate. Known for her role on The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City, Meredith has always been an open supporter of the community. From her work with GLAAD to her unwavering support for her son, Meredith embodies the spirit of a true ally.

Rosé, a singer, comedian, and Drag Artist, known for being a finalist on RuPaul’s Drag Race Season 13, highlighted the significance of drag and Bella Magazine’s Pride Issue. She emphasized how dedicating the issue to the Drag Community helps combat the current vitriol and hate directed at drag queens. Rosé also bestowed an official PINK TITLE upon me, making the event even more memorable.

Rodney Jon, a well-known makeup artist currently glamming the iconic Sherri Shepherd, is a two-time Emmy-nominated artist and founder of Skin Star Global. Rodney spoke about his love for his art and how he proudly represents as a queer person of color every day.
